Reloadable Prepaid Card

A prepaid card is simply a plastic alternative to carrying money around! You load it with money when you first buy it and load it up again when it runs out. It is not a credit card so you can’t run up debts on them. Prepaid cards can be used like ordinary debit cards to withdraw money from ATMs, to pay via an online shop (POS) and to make payments online.. We use Spark as our provider for prepaid cards.  You can find more info about them here:

You can order your card and reload it via the Multicurrency Wallet. There is a 10eur fee to order a new card and 5% fee for each recharge. There’s also an upper limit on the amount of money you can put on it. After you place your order, you will receive the card in the following to 7 working days if within Europe (or 2 to 5 working days in Spain. Outside of Europe it could take up to 10 days.  We provide our members with a step-by-step guide on how to order and recharge the card. You don’t need any form of identification to use the card but you will need a phone number in order to activate it.
